This form is to book a FaceTime shoot. As a creative, this is a new and safer way to keep making content during the Covid-19 pandemic. For a 15-minute shoot, the fee is $15. For a 30-minute shoot, the fee is $30. Please fill out all fields, and I will be in touch within the week. Fee is to be paid up front before the shoot. Please indicate the time of the shoot you want.
